Investment based Immigration Options

Immigrant Visa

Non-Immigrant Visa
  • E-2 Non-Immigrant Investor Visa - Enables temporary, renewable, residence for the Investor, the Investor’s spouse and the Investor’s unmarried children under the age of 21.

Employment Based Non-Immigrant Visas

  • H-1B non-immigrant with dual intent - Requires an Employer to sponsor the Beneficiary. Allows the Beneficiary, the Beneficiary’s spouse and the Beneficiary’s unmarried children under the age of 21 to apply for Permanent Residence while also maintaining non-immigrant status.
  • L-1 non-immigrant with dual intent - Requires and Employer to sponsor the Beneficiary. Allows the Beneficiary, the Beneficiary’s spouse and the Beneficiary’s unmarried children under the age of 21 to apply for Permanent Residence while also maintaining non-immigrant status.
  • B-1 non-immigrant - The Applicant may not use this status to remain in the US and apply for work-based immigration.
